Capt. Benjamin S. Solis is currently the CEO of Southeast Asian Airline International (SEAIR-I), a leisure airline that transports tourists from various Asian cities to popular tourist destinations in the Philippines. Capt. Solis has 47 years of experience in the airline industry. He began his career in the early 1970s as a pilot of Philippine Airlines, and has since held various management positions in airline companies and airline management companies

He was the founder and former president of Aerolift Philippines Corporation, the country’s first tourist airline. He was also the Network Managing Director for TNT International Aviation Services in the United Kingdom. He became the Managing Director and CEO for Pacific East Asia Cargo Airlines, which managed the cargo airline operations for United Parcel Service (UPS) in Clark, Pampanga. He worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Quikjet in Bangalore, India. He also serves as an adviser for Clark International Airport Authority through The Asia Foundation, where he works as an Air Transport Adviser
